Job Summary
Cycle and unload winders, weigh and stage production, and remove unused materials. Request new materials, create finished good labels, and drive a sit-down forklift to relocate rolls once certified. Wrap pallets and perform basic housekeeping, including keeping machines clean. Work a rotating schedule of 3 days one week and 4 days the next, with Saturday rotations, for either the day shift (5:45am–5:45pm) or night shift (5:45pm–5:45am).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to do basic math
- Ability to read tape measure
- Able to read a tape measure
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to go up multiple line ladders, reaching up to 60 feet high
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Valid forklift certification (to drive a sit-down forklift)
