Job Summary
Support manufacturing operations by diagnosing and repairing complex electromechanical problems with equipment, adjusting recipes, and performing preventive maintenance tasks. Repair mechanical components, troubleshoot PLC inputs and outputs, and fix electrical control circuits including sensors and photo eyes. Order replacement parts and maintain machine components in top operating condition while strictly adhering to safety policies and Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures. Assist in training Level I Technicians and work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures
- Able to strictly adhere to safety policies/procedures and be committed to customer quality
- Must be available for regular standby assignments; work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current, and resistance
- Ability to assist in Training Level I Technicians
