Job Summary
Monitor and maintain extrusion production processes, operate machinery, and perform quality inspections to verify output meets specifications. Set up and start equipment, package finished products, and manage production materials and finished goods. Follow all safety policies, maintain a clean work environment, and perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery. Participate in forklift training and operate certified equipment. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods. Includes rotating day or night shifts, weekends, and temp-to-hire benefits with medical, life, and 401k coverage after hire.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Dependable attendance
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends as needed
- Ability to safely lift and move 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
