Extrusion Lead Production Associate 3rd Shift

Guide and oversee the production team's diverse activities, including operating machinery, managing production lines, processing materials, packaging products, and organizing inventory. Maintain rigorous compliance with safety protocols and uphold the highest quality standards by managing policies, processes, and procedures to address issues with purchased materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Inspire employees to enhance productivity, establish clear team objectives, and collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure all equipment meets performance standards. Resolve problems swiftly while tracking team performance and reporting on key metrics. Requires constant standing and walking throughout the 3rd shift from 11:00 P.M. to 7:30 A.M. Monday through Friday.
