Job Summary
Support extrusion process and Line Operator duties for Tier III nights. Responsibilities include adhering to safety rules, visually inspecting lineals for dimensional conformity, interpreting smart scope, promex, and bow machine results; using quality appearance gauges to meet standards; following daily standard work; stacking profiles per standard; wrapping loads; ordering raw materials; adhering to the line schedule; completing production paperwork; and providing training participation and other duties as directed. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills (Windows); willingness to learn extrusion; dependable and punctual.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Extrusion Machine operation experience not required
- Manufacturing, equipment maintenance, Lean operations experience helpful
- Basic computer skills – keyboarding, Windows helpful
- Willingness to be trained and learn extrusion
- Dependability/punctuality
