Job Summary
Extrusion Associate responsible for inspecting extruded product for consistency in appearance and length, ensuring proper counts, packing patterns, and labels; maintaining required paperwork; performing online quality inspections; operating packaging equipment. Requires ability to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch, basic math skills, and capacity to stand for 12-hour shifts with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be 18+; no experience required though manufacturing/extrusion experience highly preferred. Location: Auburn, WA (5001 D Street NW, Auburn, WA 98001). Benefits start day one; full-time defined as 30+ hours per week; union programs may vary by collective bargaining agreement. No relocation is described; this is an on-site role with day shift hours (6:00 AM–6:30 PM, rotating schedule). EEO employer with standard disclosures and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Related machine operation experience
- Be able to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis
- Basic Math skills
- Ability to read English and quality test product
- Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch
- Must be at least 18 years of age
