Job Summary
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion machinery while performing basic maintenance and conducting quality checks to maintain high output. Load, blend raw materials, and manage packaging and finished goods movement across extrusion, conversion, and warehousing departments. Support new production line startups, develop training materials, and contribute to LEAN initiatives and process improvements. Read product drawings, use digital calipers, and maintain accurate production records. Work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with overtime and shift flexibility.

- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic machine maintenance
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret product drawings (spec sheets)
- Ability to use and interpret digital calipers
- Basic computer skills for documentation and process tracking
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and manage tasks efficiently
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and temporarily adjust shifts as needed
- Commitment to Safety & Quality – Adherence to all company policies and industry standards
- Above-average math skills for calculations and measurements
Desired Qualifications
- Foam Extrusion Experience – Prior experience in foam extrusion is a plus
- Forklift Experience – Prior experience is a plus
