Job Summary
Prepare raw materials, measure and transport quantities, and operate production equipment while monitoring performance to maintain target rates. Perform initial product quality testing, verify labels and packaging for compliance, and package finished goods according to established work instructions. Document process start and completion times, complete batch records, and report deviations, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean work area and ensure adherence to all Quality Management System, environmental, health, and safety regulations. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently, work extended periods standing, and handle materials while wearing PPE. Must be available for all shifts including overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or equivalent education
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders, production procedures, safety requirements, and quality documentation
- Ability and willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime as required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to climb stairs and work safely throughout the production facility
- Frequent use of hands and arms to handle materials, tools, and production equipment
- Ability to reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to temperature variations, chemical odors, dust, and production noise while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be available for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
- Basic English communication skills, including the ability to understand written and verbal work instructions
