Job Summary
The Extruder Operator 3 is responsible for supporting the operation of extrusion lamination manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include adhering to safety policies, training in extrusion line operations, completing production paperwork, and effectively communicating within a team environment. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred. Essential skills include attention to detail, basic tool usage, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Physical demands include the ability to manually lift up to 50 lbs and carry out various physical tasks.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years related manufacturing experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read/use a tape measurer
