Extracurricular Internship: Commercial Purchasing (f/m/div.)

Job Summary
Commercial purchasing internship responsibilities include supplier selection, conducting market requests (RfQ) and comparison of quotations (CoQ) based on total cost of ownership, and supporting supplier negotiations with buyers. You will review capacity planning at suppliers and business planning volumes, and regularly follow material cost development by material group to ensure target fulfillment. Ideal candidates hold an academic degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field, possess strong communication and analytical skills, are proficient with MS Office, and have English proficiency; SAP knowledge is a plus. The role is 12 months, located in Aveiro, Portugal, with hybrid/work conditions and on-site medical facilities and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Academic degree in Business Management, Economics, or similar area
- Fluent in English
- Good analytical skills
- PC literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP knowledge is a plus
