Job Summary
Extraction Technician II responsible for performing extraction and production operations, including prep, weighing, operating extraction equipment (BHO, Ethanol, CO2) and supporting processes (winterization, filtration, off-gassing). Duties include setup/changeover of equipment, packaging and labeling, completing paperwork and PM checks, maintaining safety protocols, training junior staff, documenting tasks for traceability, and ensuring equipment performance aligns with SOPs. Requires experience in processing quality, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced cannabis processing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year in processing quality at Trulieve or similar role
- Must be 21 years of age
- Able to pass state mandated background screening
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to work 40+ hours weekly
- Able to work in a fast-paced controlled environment
- Able to work with chemicals, oils, and sharp objects
- Experience with packaging, labeling, and documentation
- Experience with SAP/Emaint or similar state mandated tracking systems preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods
- Good visual acuity for inspection tasks
- Able to follow SOPs and safety protocols
