Job Summary
Operate coffee extraction systems to produce consistent, high-quality concentrates; execute blending to meet flavor specs and production standards; manage reverse osmosis equipment to concentrate products with purity and consistency; perform CIP cycles to maintain sanitary conditions; enter batch data and monitor production using SAP and batch records; verify batch integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies; uphold GMP and safety protocols; coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and warehouse/inventory teams to optimize efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to interpret production documentation and follow standard operating procedures
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environments
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong Safety Mindset
- Preferred: Proficiency in SAP for batch entry and production tracking with handheld scanners and computers
- 1–2 years of experience in a food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with CIP procedures and reverse osmosis systems
- Experience using HMIs and an automated manufacturing process
