Job Summary
Conduct daily beverage operations for the extraction team, overseeing quality, safety, and employee performance. Train, coach, and correct staff behavior while managing forklift and Yard Goat movements. Execute shift start and end protocols, including tailgate meetings, KPI reporting, and paperwork reconciliation. Assist with COP/CIP cleaning processes and maintain a safe, organized environment adhering to GMP standards. Monitor breaks, address operational goals, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Must have flexible work schedule with some mandatory weekends and overtime
- Aerial lift certified
- Chemical handling training
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Must be self-motivated and able to achieve high impact in an unstructured environment
- Ability to use Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Open availability including evenings and weekends
