Job Summary
Conduct personalized guest check-ins and ensure client well-being while acting as a liaison between hotel departments to facilitate guest requests. Continuously improve service quality by submitting ideas and maintain client loyalty through exceptional hospitality. Manage financial receipt tracking and ensure the safety of property and personnel. Receive comprehensive onboarding training for the receptionist role. This seasonal position covers the school vacation period from early July to early September.
