Job Summary
Clean kitchen equipment throughout the day, maintain hygiene and order in the plonge, kitchen, waste area, and economat, and ensure opening and closing procedures follow chef instructions and health standards. Organize equipment in plonge and storage areas, manage waste sorting, and contribute to client safety while adhering to hygiene protocols. Full-time role with on-site food service access and provided uniform.
