Job Summary
Manage Marq templates, logos, and Adobe suite projects while assisting the photographer on photoshoots and capturing event imagery for social media. Create plasma screens and marquee slides, staff the Communications and Marketing front desk, and complete design tasks in a timely manner. Work up to 20 hours per week, concentrated Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with potential nights and weekends for special events.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-seeking UA Little Rock students enrolled in classes at the time of application
- Eligible to legally work 20 hours per week in the United States
- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- Must be ineligible for Federal Work-Study (FWS)
- Required to major in Graphic Design at UA Little Rock
- Have taken classes: Intro to Visual Arts, 3D Design, and Comp II
- Understanding of Microsoft Word
- Have a passion for design
- Be creative
- Be organized
- Complete projects in a timely manner
- Ability to work up to 20 hours per week, concentrated M-F during regular business hours, with the potential for some nights and weekends to cover special events
- Able to follow directions & take critique
- Have basic knowledge of design
- Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
