Externship Advocate

Externship Advocate role supporting students through externship placement and completion, managing externship CRM, building a nationwide network of externship sites, mentoring students, and assisting with academic duties. Responsibilities include timely placement of eligible students, maintaining frontline communication with students and externship sites, expanding externship partner network, guiding students through externship policies, providing proactive student support, prompt inquiries response, collecting and reviewing required materials, tracking KPIs in placement rates and student satisfaction, and collaborating across academics, learner success, instructors, product, and technology. Skills and knowledge emphasize healthcare education, LMS familiarity, externship placement programs, documentation, stakeholder communication, data entry in placement CRM, and a proactive, student-centered approach to externship support.
