Externship Advocate

Job Summary
Externship Advocate responsibilities include coordinating timely placement of eligible students into qualified externship sites, managing communications with students and externship sites, and maintaining a nationwide network of externship partners. The role involves mentoring students through the externship experience, assisting with academic duties, monitoring the externship CRM, collecting documentation and performance evaluations, tracking KPIs in placement rates, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless externship experiences. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with healthcare education ecosystems and LMS, and be prepared to work remotely within the United States with occasional travel and an on-camera work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare education ecosystem and knowledge of supporting a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Possess a background in Allied healthcare job and externship placement programs
- U.S. Work Location Requirement: All employees must reside in and perform work within the United States
