Job Summary
Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic employees while ensuring the site remains clean, stocked, and organized according to company standards. Manage site relationships with suppliers, resolve customer complaints, and enforce safety procedures through regular performance appraisals and training. Analyze daily sales and expense data to maximize net profits, budget P&L lines, and safeguard all financial transactions. Schedule staff to optimize customer service and maintain a professional public image within the community. Perform occasional outdoor tasks such as cleaning parking lots and managing walk-in coolers. Work with minimal supervision in a flexible shift role within the Coastal Carolina BU.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working in the conditions described below
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job description
- Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description
- Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, which includes analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
