Job Summary
External Sales and Service Advisor role focused on applying sales processes to achieve targets and build client relationships; drive cross-selling of packaged financial solutions; maintain knowledge of FirstRand approved products, application procedures, and timelines; deliver high-quality work in line with governance and compliance standards; contribute to digital/self-service adoption and stakeholder relationships; prepare and update administration and reporting to support sales performance and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Completed FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or high qualification
- Completed First Level Regulatory Examination
