External Reporting Regulatory Associate

Job Summary
Support production and review of regulatory reports for Loans & Credit Risk disclosures, including consolidation, analysis and validation of data for quarterly/annual filings (10-Q/10-K) and related press-release disclosures. Participate in change management and automation initiatives, develop control procedures to ensure accurate reconciliations between regulatory filings, and collaborate with stakeholders across a matrixed organization to implement new accounting disclosures and improve report production efficiency. Requires 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with large datasets, data transformation tools (Alteryx), and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, plus excellent written and oral communication. The role focuses on delivering high-quality regulatory reporting and supporting process improvements within the FRRA team; located in Newark, DE (US) and is US-work-authorized with no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years total relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Comfortable working with large quantities of data
- Ability to work on multiple priorities for different sponsors at the same time
- Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills in data interpretation and identification of anomalies
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Knowledge of data transformation tools including Alteryx
- Strong technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint
