Job Summary
Lead and manage day-to-day U.S. regulatory reporting production processes within FRRA, aligning with stakeholders and technology teams to ensure timely, accurate submissions for reports such as FR Y-9C, Call Report, and CCAR. Provide L2/L3 support across FRRA platforms, drive end-to-end issue resolution, enhance data quality, and contribute to system upgrades, testing, and strategic initiatives (e.g., cloud migration, automation, data sourcing improvements).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or regulatory reporting
- Understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to investigate data issues and perform root cause analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Alteryx, SQL, or similar data tools is a plus
- Exposure to financial systems, data platforms, or product/change activities (e.g., testing, UAT, working with technology teams or Agile delivery) is a plus
