Job Summary
Leads External Reporting, Technical Accounting, and Policy Development for the Company, coordinating with corporate and business-unit finance, external auditors, and management to prepare quarterly/annual financial statements, earnings releases, and related reports. Partners on complex accounting positions under U.S. GAAP, supports strategic transactions (acquisitions/divestitures/debt refinancings/stock-based compensation), researches new accounting standards, maintains policies, and provides guidance to finance teams. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, accuracy, and timely delivery of information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum of six years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
