Job Summary
Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) with HMA Mortgage to drive lead generation and growth through referral relationships, networking, and events promoting homeownership. Responsibilities include developing, nurturing, and converting leads; maintaining knowledge of lending programs, policies, and procedures; discussing pricing options and locking rates as directed; collaborating with processors and underwriters; and providing honest updates to external parties. Requires active NMLS licensing in states where mortgage products are offered. Benefits include coaching, marketing support, call support, team development, and incentives. Required Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in both team and independent environments
- Proficiency in multitasking and task prioritization
- Currently a producing Mortgage Loan Originator with a stable work history
- Established database of referral partners or willingness to execute a success plan developed by Leadership
- Obtain NMLS licensing
