Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) role facilitating lead generation and customer relationships across a growing mortgage practice. Develop referral networks, market and prospect, participate in events promoting homeownership, nurture and convert leads, and maintain knowledge of lending programs, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with Processors and Underwriters through the loan cycle, providing honest updates to external parties. Must maintain an active NMLS license in states where mortgage products are offered. Remote work option noted; will leverage a top-tier marketing team, coaching, and tools to drive efficiency and growth.
