Job Summary
External Marketing / Campus Liaison drives census growth and occupancy for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living by building and maintaining relationships with external referral sources and community partners, expanding awareness of the campus’s full continuum of care. Responsibilities include developing outreach strategies, visiting and presenting to referral partners (hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, home health agencies, hospice providers, senior living communities, and community organizations), serving as the campus ambassador at health fairs and events, coordinating with Admissions, Nursing, Executive Leadership, and Business Office to ensure smooth resident admissions, analyzing referral trends and occupancy reports to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company policies. Requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work independently with interdisciplinary teams, and a minimum of 3 years in relevant external healthcare marketing or liaison roles; AHCA background screening is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of external healthcare marketing, business development, or liaison roles within Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or a multi-level senior living campus
- Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
