Job Summary
External Manager in Training role overseeing store operations in Elgin, IL. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training employees; assigning tasks to ensure clean, stocked, and well-maintained sites; managing customer service standards; supervising staff and ensuring safety, compliance, and professional relationships with suppliers; coordinating training and performance evaluations; analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize profitability; budgeting and forecasting P&L lines; ensuring accurate cash handling and reports; and promoting inclusive leadership and non-discriminatory practices. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
