Job Summary
External Manager in Training at Circle K in Batavia, IL. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Ability to supervise and train staff and manage store functions
- Ability to use computer and analyze reports (inventory control, cash control, counseling notices)
- Leadership and management skills: recruit, hire, train, schedule, mentor, motivate
- Knowledge of safety procedures and adherence to company standards
- Experience with budgeting, P&L, and financial analysis
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as needed (parking lots, gas pumps, etc.)
