Job Summary
Develop and edit external communications materials including press releases, media pitches, talking points, and executive speeches. Lead the executive LinkedIn program by crafting authentic posts to strengthen thought leadership and brand visibility. Support media relations efforts through drafting pitches, press kits, and backgrounders while monitoring coverage and tracking industry trends. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather stories for timely dissemination and integrate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. Assist in creating messaging frameworks and support crisis communications as needed. Apply understanding of distribution channel requirements for SEO, LLM, GEO, and AP. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or journalism
- Demonstrated experience writing for LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Strong understanding of executive voice development
- Audience engagement strategies
- Social analytics
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to tailor content for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with media relations, press outreach, and PR best practices
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
