Job Summary
Manage outgoing email campaigns, broadcasts, and promotional emails through KEAP and GoHighLevel, while maintaining CRM contacts, tags, segments, and automations to optimize audience engagement. Schedule and distribute social media content across multiple platforms, repurpose existing assets into reels and graphics, and coordinate video and podcast materials using established AI tools. Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct quality checks on all communications, and liaise with the events and advertising teams to ensure brand alignment. Work closely with the senior team to support digital content creation and improve communication performance through strategic segmentation and trend analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience managing email marketing or CRM platforms
- Practical experience with KEAP and GoHighLevel
- A good understanding of CRM tagging, segmentation, lists, opt-ins, opt-outs, and contact management
- An understanding of open rates, click-through rates, email engagement, and deliverability
- Experience identifying engaged versus unengaged contacts
- An understanding of how segmentation and tagging can reduce unnecessary email volume and improve campaign performance
- Experience scheduling and coordinating social media content across multiple platforms
- A good understanding of what makes strong versus weak digital content
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence checking content for spelling, formatting, branding, links, and accuracy
- Basic content creation and graphic design capabilities
- Confidence working with AI-assisted content and image creation tools
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- The ability to work collaboratively with different teams while taking ownership of their own responsibilities
- A proactive approach to identifying ways to improve communication performance and audience engagement
- Previous practical experience using KEAP and GoHighLevel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with AI agents trained on brands, communications, content style, and previous projects
