Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive external communication and employer branding strategies to enhance Blip's public visibility and attract top talent. Manage a team of communications specialists, oversee agency vendors, and coordinate global corporate messaging across digital, press, and social channels. Handle media inquiries, organize institutional campaigns, and craft content that aligns with Flutter Entertainment's group goals. Establish KPIs, manage departmental budgets, and collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure cohesive brand positioning. This maternity cover role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in brand management, and strong leadership skills within a tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, communications, and employer branding, preferably within the tech industry
- 2+ years in a communications management position
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (EN)
- Strong media relations skills with an understanding of the media landscape
- Expertise in crisis communication and ability to manage high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in content creation and management across various platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Experience with market research and data analysis
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
