Job Summary
Drive growth through customer collaboration, new product development, and technical support of commercialized dental products. Lead customer insight collection via surveys, interviews, and focus panels to define user needs for medical device design control input. Ensure new product usability fits the dental workflow by generating usability and design validation documentation for regulatory registrations. Substantiate claims using statistical analysis of customer feedback and generate customer-facing technical and educational content for sales teams. This role requires a DDS or DMD degree with at least two years of experience and is based in Eagan, MN, with hybrid eligibility requiring two days of travel per week.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree with minimum 2 years experience
- Dental assistant or Hygienist certificate with minimum 5 years experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate with global teams
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in dentistry
- Experience in collecting clinical insights, data analysis, presentation skills
- Skills including statistical analysis, working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, word, etc
- Experience in a public, government or military environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, build alignment among stakeholders, and drive decisions to successful completion
