Job Summary

Manage relationships with community-based organizations, research institutions, and policy partners by maintaining contact databases, drafting communications, and tracking the engagement pipeline. Serve as operational lead for community events including workshops and forums, handling logistics, facilitator prep, and post-event documentation workflows. Coordinate aiEDU's participation in policy briefings and advisory committees by scheduling meetings, preparing talking points, and managing project timelines. Build and maintain operational systems such as facilitation guides, intake processes, and engagement calendars to ensure repeatable ecosystem engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, external affairs, program coordination, or a related field
  • Experience planning and staffing in-person events: logistics, facilitator prep, and follow-through after the event ends
  • Strong writing skills for partner-facing communications, meeting materials, and talking points
  • Comfort working independently in a remote role
  • Flexibility to travel up to 40%

  • Interest in or familiarity with education policy, AI literacy, or the K-12 landscape
