Job Summary
Coordinate the Chief External Affairs Officer's schedule, manage correspondence, and prepare reports and presentations for internal and external meetings. Serve as the primary liaison between the CEAO and other staff, departments, and the PPRM Action Fund Board of Directors. Manage board logistics, including scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and maintaining accurate records and files. Organize travel, process expense reports, and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings for the External Affairs team. Monitor simultaneous projects to ensure deadline adherence and assess systems for efficiency improvements. Work Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and regional travel.
