Job Summary
Manage the Exterior Log by coordinating special order tasks, processing quotes, entering orders, and handling returns for special orders. Coordinate directly with vendors and their representatives to process orders, while assisting with decking, roofing, siding, and other building material ordering. Adapt rapidly to shifting priorities caused by hot calls and unexpected situations. Detail-oriented and organized, this role also involves training and motivating new team members as you grow.
Required Qualifications

- Handle processing quotes, order entry, and processing returns for special orders
- Deal directly with vendors and their representatives regarding processing orders
