Exterior Services Technician responsible for year-round landscaping and exterior grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs and lawns; perform grounds maintenance on parking lot, exterior building, and surrounding areas to provide a clean environment; work with a team to meet safety, security, and corporate policy standards while delivering strong customer service and teamwork in outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational or Technical Certification or 2 years’ experience in Mechanical Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, or Construction and/or related field
- Associates Degree or similar certification in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related field
