Exterior Services Technician, DOT Operator - DS

Exterior Services Technician responsibilities include budgeting and cost estimation, approving purchases, leading third-party providers, coordinating and planning maintenance projects, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA) while delivering customer service. This role involves source of tools/equipment, QA inspections, warranty claims, and aligning with Home Office support to standardize practices and reduce on-hand stock.
