Exterior Remodeling Sales Representative

Cenvar Roofing & Solar is seeking exterior remodeling sales reps who act as face-of-brand consultants, inspecting homeowners’ exteriors (roof, gutters, siding, windows, doors), maintaining a sales calendar, presenting the scope of work and financing options, creating estimates, closing deals, and driving branch profitability. Responsibilities include building homeowner trust, delivering professional customer experience from appointment to handoff, meeting homeowners face-to-face, maintaining CRM records, and achieving performance metrics (close rate, average job size, revenue). The role emphasizes ownership of preparation, appointments, follow-up, and results, with a training salary of $80,000/year for the first 3 months before transitioning to a commission-based structure. Qualifications favor sales experience in home improvement/roofing/remodeling, strong communication skills, ability to walk on roofs and inspect attics while following safety procedures, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
