Role emphasizes lead opportunities, brand support, financing tools, CRM and sales technology, and an entrepreneurial, performance-based income model. Requires face-to-face interaction with homeowners, building trust, managing a personal sales calendar, delivering a professional customer experience from appointment through project handoff, and achieving metrics such as close rate and revenue sold. Training salary starts at $80,000/year for the first 3 months, transitioning to commission-based compensation with high earning potential, and includes benefits such as health/dental/vision/Life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and tuition-reimbursement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
