Job Summary
Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, then travel to customer homes to greet them and establish rapport. Remove existing window or door spaces, install replacements, and replace trim while following all company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols. Clean up thoroughly and collect paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse. This role includes paid training and unlimited professional growth potential. West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in high-quality remodels of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors, operating in over 40 locations nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid smart phone or smart device
- Ability to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Availability for Monday-Friday schedule
- Start time of 6:30 AM
- Background check
- Drug screen
