Exterior Project Manager – Construction Remodeling

Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of exterior remodeling projects including decks, patios, roofing, siding, gutters, and windows from contract to completion. Conduct jobsite visits to inspect quality, progress, and compliance with building codes, while coordinating permitting and inspections with local municipalities. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews to ensure work meets scope and specifications, reviewing bids, scopes, and change orders. Create and track project budgets, purchase orders, and material orders, monitoring timelines to proactively resolve delays. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing regular progress updates and resolving concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining budgets and schedules, utilizing project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
