Job Summary
Entry-Level Exterior Consultant responsibilities include assisting in exterior inspections (siding, roofing, gutters, etc.), consulting with customers to provide professional recommendations, building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, representing Ridgeline with professionalism and integrity, and following up on leads to move projects toward completion. The role emphasizes hands-on training and mentorship while learning to identify exterior issues and advise homeowners on the best exterior solutions for their homes. Strong communication, a coachable attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential. Training is provided; elevation to a rewarding career in exterior sales and restoration is supported by an experienced team.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and people skills
- No prior experience required training is provided
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and safely climb ladders
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check and have a clean MVR
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
