Job Summary
Soft wash residential and commercial homes, perform roof cleaning using manufacturer-approved methods, and pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and retaining walls. Clean gutters, windows, screens, fences, decks, and other outdoor structures while safely operating pressure washing and soft wash equipment. Set up and operate equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights. Inspect properties before and after service, communicate professionally with clients, and maintain company vehicles and equipment. Follow all safety procedures and represent the company with professionalism. Valid driver's license, ability to lift 75+ pounds, and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions required. Required Qualifications
