Job Summary
Cleans exterior building surfaces, trash bins, and truck courts using blowers and pressure washers. Removes debris from exterior areas, empties wastebaskets, and transports waste to disposal. Performs interior tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing fixtures and floors, dusting furniture, and washing walls and windows. Replenishes bathroom supplies, replaces light bulbs, and delivers messages. Requires a valid driver's license, morning shifts starting between 4am and 6am with weekend coverage. Bilingual ability is preferred.
