Exterior Building Cleaner

Cleans exterior buildings using blowers and pressure washers while removing trash from bins and clearing truck courts. Performs interior duties including polishing fixtures, sweeping floors, dusting furniture, and washing windows. Empties wastebaskets, replenishes bathroom supplies, replaces light bulbs, and transports small equipment or tools. May assist with setting up tables and chairs in meeting rooms. Requires a valid driver's license, morning shifts starting between 4am and 6am, and weekend availability. Bilingual ability and basic computer skills are preferred for using quality assurance applications.
