Exterior Building Cleaner

Cleans exterior building surfaces using a blower and pressure washer, removes trash from bins, and clears debris from truck courts. Performs interior duties including sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, dusting furniture, and polishing metalwork. Washes windows, walls, and woodwork, empties wastebaskets, replenishes bathroom supplies, and replaces light bulbs. Transports trash and small equipment, delivers messages, and sets up meeting rooms. Requires a valid driver's license, morning shifts starting between 4am and 6am with weekends required, and bilingual skills preferred.
