Job Summary
Cleans exterior buildings using blowers and pressure washers, removes trash from bins, and clears debris from truck courts. Performs interior duties including polishing fixtures, sweeping floors, dusting furniture, washing walls and windows, and replenishing bathroom supplies. Transports waste to disposal areas, empties wastebaskets, and delivers messages. Requires valid driver's license, morning shifts starting 4am to 6am with weekend availability, and bilingual skills preferred.
