Job Summary
Ride Operators ensure the safe and efficient operation of attractions, providing exceptional guest service and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities include performing safety inspections, communicating with guests, enforcing attraction policies, and reacting calmly in emergencies. Candidates must be at least 16 years old with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility. The position requires dependability, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and participation in required training and certifications.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to always remain attentive and alert
- Ability to ride any attraction(s) requiring a physical ride through
- Ability to speak comfortably in front of crowds, including using a PA system
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Candidates who are a minimum of 18 years old must complete a pre-employment background check
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of all required attraction certifications
- Participation in the International Ride Operator Certification (iROC) course
