Job Summary
COTA for Extended School Year (ESY) program in Ipswich, MA, under supervision of a licensed OT. Responsible for implementing OT services per student IEPs, supporting fine motor, sensory, and functional life-skill development, collaborating with ESY staff, assisting with data collection and progress documentation, adapting materials/environments to support access and participation, and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment. Schedule: July 6, 2026 – August 6, 2026, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 am–1:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current certification as a COTA
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents, preferably in a school setting
- Knowledge of IEP implementation and special education practices preferred
