Job Summary
Extend learning outcomes by delivering and coordinating after-school and extended learning programs within the Leader in Me framework. Responsibilities include professional development workshops (weekday afternoons and Saturday sessions), coaching site coordinators and after-care providers, modeling high-impact instructional practices, conducting structured observations, aligning activities with LIM principles, coordinating scheduling and logistics, and serving as a liaison among schools, after-care providers, and district leaders. The role emphasizes staff mentorship, capacity-building for non-certified staff and young adults, and leveraging LIM content to improve student leadership, engagement, and classroom management. Key skills include workshop facilitation, collaborative stakeholder communication, time management, data tracking, and proficient use of Outlook, Zoom, and LIM Online to support program implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years experience in K-12 Education
- 1+ years instructional training, group facilitation or similar capacity working directly with students and/or other educators.
- K-12 Education Credential (preferred)
- Experience implementing Leader in Me (LIM).
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to train and mentor educators
- Proficiency with technology platforms and virtual learning tools
